Hello and welcome to Lindenhurst Pediatrics! We are nestled in Northern Illinois with two office locations in Lindenhurst and Gurnee. We know that choosing a pediatrician can be overwhelming and is one of the most important decisions you will make for your family. We understand that and want you to know that we will be here for you during all of the most joyous occasions and also some of the most difficult times. We strive to provide the most comprehensive and compassionate care for your kiddos. We provide a full range of services for children and adolescents from ages 0-21 years. **We are now conducting on-site COVID-19 antigen testing. All COVID-19 tests must be reported to state and local health agencies.

TELEHEALTH VISITS
Lindenhurst Pediatrics is pleased to announce that we will now be offering telehealth visits!
We can provide telehealth services for your child for various minor illnesses such as rash, conjunctivitis (pinkeye), allergies, styes, ear pain, vomiting/diarrhea, and more.
When contacting our office please inform our staff that you would like a telehealth visit. Our staff will ask you some follow-up questions in order to determine if a telehealth visit is an appropriate option for your child. If calling after hours you may request a call back from the doctor via our answering service.
In consenting to a telehealth visit, you agree to:
•You understand that a telehealth visit cannot fully replace an in-office visit. You understand and accept the limitations associated with a telehealth visit.
•You consent to treatment via the telehealth platform.
•Please note that if the visit goes toward patient responsibility (deductible/coinsurance), our regular financial policies will apply regarding payments.
